Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Experience supporting students in K-12 schools is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL), with the ability to interpret accurately in both classroom and small group settings
- Understanding of confidentiality standards and educational protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, students, and families

- Interpret spoken language into ASL and vice versa for students within classroom, meeting, and campus-related activities
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to facilitate learning and comprehension
- Adapt interpreting style to meet students’ unique needs and educational settings
