Current openings include two full-time positions providing 1:1 support for high school students, with Monday through Friday schedules totaling 35 to 37.5 hours weekly. Additionally, a part-time position is available working closely with a high school student requiring a higher level of care. The part-time schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with hours from approximately 8:40 AM to 4:15 PM, including brief travel to a nearby building to ensure the student receives comprehensive support across settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language and educational interpreting
  • Minimum EIPA score of 4.0 or possession of RID/NAD Certification
  • Quality Assurance Screening Test (QAST) Level III or higher
  • At least two years of sign language interpreting experience preferred
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability to various classroom environments
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and student success

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, accurate interpretation for high school students in academic and social settings
  • Facilitate communication between students, educators, and peers
