Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a full-time, school-based assignment.

Position Details:

• Full-Time role
• Onsite only (no virtual option)
• Start Date: August 3, 2026
• End Date: May 27, 2027

Requirements:

• Active GA DOE SLI License required
• No HR waiver will be accepted
• Strong experience supporting 1:1 interpreting in school settings preferred
• Ability to support student access across academic and social environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 interpreting services for a Deaf/Hard of Hearing student
• Support access to classroom instruction and school communication
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and special education team
• Ensure consistent, accurate interpretation throughout the school day
