Key Qualifications:

• Current CDE Authorization required for educational sign language interpreters in Colorado
• EIPA score of 3.5 or higher (documentation required)
• Proven experience or training in academic sign language interpreting, supporting both SPED and Gen Ed populations
• Comfortable working across several campuses with an itinerant caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and support staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver sign language interpreting services in classroom and school-related settings, supporting access for deaf and hard-of-hearing students
• Interpret across a spectrum of student needs and classroom environments—mild to severe
