Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) in/near Everson, WA for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• Dates: August 31, 2026 – June 11, 2027
• 1 Opening Available

Caseload Information

• Middle School Setting
• Supporting a 7th Grade Student (1:1)
• Provide interpreting services to ensure access to classroom instruction and school-related activities

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the student, teachers, staff, and peers
• Provide accurate sign language interpretation in educational settings
• Support student access to academic instruction and school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school and district guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Sign Language Interpreter credentials as required by state and district regulations
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Additional Information
The Director is expected to begin conducting interviews between June 5-15, 2026.

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.38 to $55.38. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
