This opportunity runs from ASAP to 5/25/27 and is structured at 30 hours per week, working 1:1 with a PreK student to provide essential communication access.

Qualifications:

• EIPA score of 3.5+ required
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter certification or credentials
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Professional, reliable, and able to uphold confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 interpreting services for a Deaf/Hard of Hearing PreK student
• Facilitate access to classroom instruction, school functions, and peer interaction
• Work closely with teachers and support staff, following IEP accommodations
• Maintain a supportive, student-centered approach
• Adhere to all school policies and professional standards
