Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and strong interpretation skills
- Experience in an educational setting or with children/adolescents preferred
- Ability to accurately interpret spoken and signed information in classroom and school-related activities

- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regarding student information
Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services between students, teachers, and staff to ensure effective communication
- Support deaf and hard-of-hearing students during classroom instruction, assemblies, and extracurricular events
- Adapt interpreting style to suit various educational settings and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to help facilitate student inclusion and access to curriculum
