• Proven experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably within a school environment

• Commitment to maintaining student privacy and fostering an inclusive atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 sign language interpreting services to a student
• Foster understanding and accessible communication during classroom instruction, activities, and events
• Support classroom engagement, facilitating communication between the student, teachers, and peers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute feedback regarding student progress
• Maintain accurate records of interpreting work and collaborate with education staff to ensure optimal student support
