Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and skilled in interpreting for Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing students.
• Previous experience in a K–12 school environment strongly preferred.
• Certification by a recognized interpreting body (e.g., RID or EIPA).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interpretation styles to a variety of classroom settings and individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:
