Educational Sign Language Interpreter - Kingston, GA

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support a high school student on a part-time contract basis. This assignment requires you to provide dedicated, 1:1 interpreting services, helping to ensure clear and effective communication and an inclusive learning environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a student during their daily activities. The schedule is consistently Monday through Friday, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining flexibility in your day.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
• Previous experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff
• Dedication to ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
