Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
  • Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (EIPA, RID, or comparable)
  • Prior experience providing interpreting services in school settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting classroom lessons, school events, and educational materials for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
