Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational environments
• Valid 3.5 or higher EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience providing 1:1 support, preferably at the high school level
• Flexibility to adapt to classroom changes as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clear and accurate communication between the student, teachers, and peers
• Support academic engagement by interpreting classroom instruction and activities
