Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (EIPA, RID, or state credentials preferred)
- Previous experience in school environments strongly desired
- Adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educators, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation for students and staff in classrooms and school-related activities
- Accurately convey spoken and signed communication between parties
