Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interpretation services for students, teachers, and school staff during instructional periods and school activities
  • Translate classroom instruction, discussions, and other relevant communications in real time
  • Support students’ access to curriculum and participation in all educational activities
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment by facilitating clear communication
  • Adhere to the ethical practices of interpreting and confidentiality at all times
  • Work closely with special education teams to ensure individualized support is provided
  • Maintain accurate records of services and document any concerns or progress as required
