We’re seeking two dedicated professionals ready to work full-time (40 hours per week), who are passionate about facilitating clear communication and empowering student success. Qualifications:

  • 3.5 or higher EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score
  • Eligibility for the GaPSC Educational Interpreter Certificate
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language and voice interpretation
  • Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and an enthusiastic approach to supporting students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate, unbiased sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign interpreting services for students, teachers, and staff
  • Support students’ participation in classroom activities, school events, and one-on-one instruction
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and administrators to meet individual education plan (IEP) goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards for educational interpreters
  • Assist with preparation and adaptation of instructional materials as needed
