Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Experience working as a sign language interpreter, preferably in educational settings
- Understanding of Deaf culture and advocacy for accessible communication
- Ability to collaborate with educators and staff to tailor communication strategies
- Certification as a sign language interpreter (or equivalent credentials)
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person interpretation for all classes, activities, and relevant school events
