An opportunity is available for an experienced Sign Language Interpreter to support students during a maternity leave opening. This contract position runs from March 25th through May 13th and will be located near Nashville, TN. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accessible communication within the school environment, fostering an inclusive atmosphere for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Experience providing interpretation services in a school or educational setting
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established professional standards
- Relevant certifications or interpreter qualifications (state or national preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
