Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and in interpreting spoken English to ASL and vice versa
  • National or state certification for sign language interpretation (RID, EIPA, or similar)
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Adaptability and professionalism across varying student needs and educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
