Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Certification or state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Previous experience interpreting in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and cultural competency
  • Ability to adapt interpreting style to various learning environments
