An opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support communication needs within a school setting in Norristown, PA. This role requires a professional who can effectively facilitate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their teachers, peers, and school staff, ensuring an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) and vice versa during classroom lessons, meetings, and school events
- Work closely with students to provide clear and accurate communication support tailored to their needs
