Position Highlights:

  • Two full-time, in-person American Sign Language Interpreters needed
  • 36.25 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Flexible school placement (elementary, middle, or high school) depending on your interests and strengths
  • Invaluable experience providing communication access and support for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in dynamic educational settings

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state requirements may apply)
  • Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Experience working in educational settings—elementary, middle, or high school preferred
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Facilitate effective communication between students, staff, and families
