You’ll work 1:1 with a Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH) student between 7:45 am and 2:45 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, especially within school settings
  • Ability to provide one-on-one support to DHH students

  • Certification or licensure as required by state or local authorities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and effective interpretation for a DHH student throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with staff and teachers to facilitate full participation in classroom and school activities
