Qualifications:

• 4.0 EIPA score or higher, with documentation of passing the written exam
• Experience interpreting in educational settings (high school setting preferred)
• Proficient in ASL and familiar with the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
• Committed to student support and confidentiality
• Able to work in-person for the full assignment timeframe

Responsibilities:

• Interpret classroom instruction, assignments, and student interactions in real time
• Provide one-on-one language support to a high school student in all in-person educational settings
• Collaborate with educators and staff to facilitate learning goals
• Maintain accurate records and follow school protocols
