Qualifications:
- 4.0 EIPA score or higher, with documentation of passing the written exam
- Experience interpreting in educational settings (high school setting preferred)
- Proficient in ASL and familiar with the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
- Committed to student support and confidentiality
- Able to work in-person for the full assignment timeframe
Responsibilities:
- Interpret classroom instruction, assignments, and student interactions in real time
- Provide one-on-one language support to a high school student in all in-person educational settings
- Collaborate with educators and staff to facilitate learning goals
- Maintain accurate records and follow school protocols
