This position follows the typical school schedule, offering 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the school year from late August to mid-June. Assignments are flexible, and while you'll be matched to specific students, you may also help cover additional locations as needed when students are absent. There are no virtual or hybrid options—the role is entirely onsite to foster genuine, in-person connections.

  • Virginia Quality Assurance Screening (VQAS) Level III required
  • Strong preference for EIPA Score of 3.5 or higher; candidates with a score above 3.0 will be considered
