Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency as a Sign Language Interpreter for young children
  • Familiarity with supporting students with medical complexities (ventilator and tracheostomy care awareness)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Sign Language Interpreter for a medically fragile 4-year-old PreK student
  • Provide clear, age-appropriate communication in classroom and therapy sessions
  • Attend to daily educational needs while being mindful of the student’s health requirements
  • Work 4 days per week, 4 hours each day (part-time schedule)
  • Start assignment in the second week of August and continue through the school year
