Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, accurate interpretation for high school student(s) throughout the school day—including classroom instruction, group work, and school events
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and student support staff to anticipate and meet student needs
  • Prepare for lessons and school activities to ensure effective communication support
  • Foster an environment of respect, encouragement, and advocacy for the student’s learning and social inclusion
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold guidelines for interpreter conduct in educational settings
