Qualifications/Preferred Background:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with proven experience in K-12 school environments
  • Current national certification (such as RID, EIPA, or equivalent)

  • Flexibility to adapt to various classroom settings and collaborate with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret spoken communication into ASL for students and school staff within classrooms and school functions

  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
