Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) or Texas Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: BEI I or II (previous system), or Basic (current system)

• Strong proficiency in American Sign Language interpreting in educational contexts
• Capable of adapting interpreting style to diverse age groups and academic content

• Must complete required district fingerprinting and background screening before the assignment commences

Responsibilities:
