Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency and fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter or in a paraprofessional role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Sign Language Interpreter for students requiring communication support
• Assist in the classroom by interpreting lessons and facilitating two-way interaction between students and teachers

• Collaborate with educators to implement accommodations and contribute to IEP goals as needed
