Position Overview
Full-time and part-time openings available
School-based virtual interpreting role
1099 Independent Contractor
Contract for the school year with potential renewal
Pay: $35–$40/hour
Requirements
EIPA score of 3.5 or higher required
Active Georgia PSC certification required
Strong ASL fluency and interpreting skills
School-based interpreting experience preferred (K–12)
Responsibilities
Provide real-time sign language interpretation for students in academic settings
Support classroom instruction and participation across subjects
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist in IEP meetings and ensure accurate communication access
Maintain professional interpreting standards and confidentiality

10-minute recruiter screening call
15–20-minute skills/tech screening
30-minute virtual school district interview
