Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and strong interpreting skills within educational contexts.
  • Experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter in K-12 or similar school environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly to multiple school locations within the designated area.
  • Familiarity with educational terminology and classroom dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity toward Deaf culture.
  • Relevant certifications or credentials in Sign Language Interpreting are highly desirable.
