Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and familiarity with educational interpreting
  • Current national or state certification as a sign language interpreter (e.g., EIPA, RID, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience interpreting in school settings or with student populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
