Seeking skilled Sign Language Interpreters to support students in a welcoming and collaborative educational environment near Springfield, OR. This full-time contract opportunity allows interpreters to work alongside a dynamic team, including Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH) professionals and additional classroom support staff. Multiple positions are currently available, with assignments tailored to candidates’ experience, preferences, and home locations. Expected assignment duration is from August 24, 2026, through July 15, 2027.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency as a Sign Language Interpreter in school settings
- Valid interpreter licensure and up-to-date credentials
- Experience collaborating with DHH professionals preferred
- Ability to foster communication access and understanding for students
- Adaptable to varying classroom environments and caseloads
