Remote Sign Language Interpreter in GA

A full-time virtual Sign Language Interpreter is needed to support two 6th-grade students in a middle school setting. This contract position requires delivering professional telehealth interpretation services aligned with educational goals for students requiring American Sign Language support. The work schedule follows a Monday through Friday routine from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing accurate and effective sign language interpretation during virtual classroom sessions and related educational activities
• Collaborating remotely with teachers and school staff to facilitate clear communication for students
• Ensuring compliance with all educational and interpreter service standards within the virtual learning environment

Qualifications and experience required:

• Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification specifically for Sign Language Interpreters
