What you bring:
- Current registration under the SLI and Transliteration Registration Act
- Proven fluency in American Sign Language
- Understanding of the unique educational needs of Deaf and hard of hearing students
- Ability to follow oral and written directions accurately
- Strong communication abilities in both verbal and written forms
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and supporting student learning
Key responsibilities:
- Provide real-time ASL interpretation for classroom lectures, discussions, and activities
- Support one-on-one and group communication to promote student engagement
