American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters – 3 Openings (K–12)

· Position Overview:
We are seeking three qualified ASL Interpreters to support K–12 students in Yorktown, VA for the 2026–2027 school year. These roles involve providing interpreting services in both elementary and high school settings to ensure full access to instruction and communication. Extended School Year (ESY) services may also be required.
· Student Assignments & Schedules:
Elementary (K student): 8:40 AM – 3:20 PM
High School (12th grade, standard diploma): 7:20 AM – 2:05 PM
High School (10th grade, modified diploma): 7:20 AM – 2:05 PM
· Requirements:
VQAS Level 3 or EIPA 3.0+ required
· Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time ASL interpretation for classroom instruction and school activities
Support effective communication between students, teachers, and staff
Ensure equal access to educational content across K–12 settings
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
