School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Dothan, AL

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Dothan, Alabama. This position is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and licensed SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). The role is based at a K-12 school site and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development.

Position Details:

• Location: Dothan, AL
• Setting: K-12 school
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Details to be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Alabama SLP license (or eligibility)
• Open to CFY candidates with supervision provided
• CCC-SLP preferred but not required
