Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required for SLPs)
  • Valid state licensure (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome); SLPAs with experience also encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated background in pediatric and secondary school settings
  • Comfortable with teletherapy service delivery
  • Experience managing diverse school caseloads
  • Strong advocacy, communication, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and caregivers
  • Serve a range of students, including those with secondary education and itinerant needs
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions in person and potentially via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and treatment plans
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a collaborative team environment

This opportunity features a 4-day workweek to support work-life balance. The contract begins July 17th, 2026, runs for 190 days, and compensation ranges from $40-$50 per hour based on your experience.
