Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (CFY candidates welcomed)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric and school-based experience strongly valued
- Proficiency with common assessment tools for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success
What you'll do:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from diverse backgrounds and needs
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with faculty and families
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Educate and consult with teachers and caregivers to maximize student support
- Engage students in individualized and group sessions using evidence-based practices
