Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Abernathy, TX

This hybrid position offers remarkable flexibility: spend select days on-site at a vibrant ECSE 3-1st grade campus while also enjoying the option to work remotely for part of the week. What we’re seeking:

• Hold (or eligible for) appropriate state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders in areas such as articulation, language, and pragmatics
• Commitment to high-quality, student-centered care
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working both independently and with team oversight (CF supervision available)

What you’ll do:

• Deliver targeted speech and language services to young children (ECSE 3 through 1st grade)
• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on a variety of needs—excluding AAC
• Document student progress and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Adapt therapy approaches between in-person and virtual settings
