This hybrid position offers remarkable flexibility: spend select days on-site at a vibrant ECSE 3-1st grade campus while also enjoying the option to work remotely for part of the week. The specific schedule will be personalized following your interview, ensuring it suits your professional and personal needs.
What we’re seeking:
- Hold (or eligible for) appropriate state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders in areas such as articulation, language, and pragmatics
- Commitment to high-quality, student-centered care
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working both independently and with team oversight (CF supervision available)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver targeted speech and language services to young children (ECSE 3 through 1st grade)
- Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on a variety of needs—excluding AAC
- Document student progress and contribute to IEP development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Adapt therapy approaches between in-person and virtual settings
