Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or eligible SLP-CFY
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred; high school caseload experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for high school students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
- Provide staff and parent education to foster generalization of skills
- Maintain ongoing communication with educational teams and families
