Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or eligible SLP-CFY
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred; high school caseload experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for high school students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
  • Provide staff and parent education to foster generalization of skills
  • Maintain ongoing communication with educational teams and families
