Two onsite Speech-Language Pathologist openings are available for a rewarding early childhood assignment serving children from birth to Pre-K in community-based settings. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech-language services, including evaluations and direct therapy, in partnership with families and caregivers outside of traditional school environments. New graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply, making this a fantastic opportunity for both experienced clinicians and those seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) required
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood and pediatric populations
  • Previous background with schools, teletherapy, or healthcare settings a plus
  • Familiarity with conducting Pre-K evaluations and early intervention processes
  • Knowledge of community-based and daycare environments is highly valued
  • Comfortable with technology for documentation (Paddynet) and virtual collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre-K evaluations and Babies Can’t Wait (BCW) early intervention evaluations for children from birth through age 3
  • Deliver speech-language therapy and related services for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in community, daycare, and family-oriented settings
  • Complete comprehensive IEPs, eligibility reviews, evaluations, and student data analysis
  • Maintain accurate and timely Paddynet documentation
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multi-disciplinary team members to support student outcomes
