What We’re Seeking:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license for Georgia or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school environment is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt sessions for varying student needs
• Comfort with IEP documentation and case management

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in concert with educational teams and families
• Provide targeted intervention and therapy—both direct and consultative—to students from various backgrounds
• Maintain meticulous records aligned with school, state, and federal requirements
• Offer insight and education to teachers, staff, and families, enhancing awareness of speech and language development
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to champion student progress
