School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Adams, Massachusetts

Support students’ communication growth in an engaging, collaborative environment with ongoing contract opportunities for speech-language pathologists. These full-time positions, based at multiple school locations in the region, focus on K-12 caseloads and offer the chance to work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs)
• Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC (for SLPs)
• Experience supporting K-12 students in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptable and enthusiastic about working across multiple school sites
• Open to both experienced SLPs and SLPAs

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with diverse communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language development
