Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or closely related field
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)—consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or interest in school-based practice and working with students with autism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseload documentation efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with families and educational staff
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting students with special needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students with a focus on individual speech and language goals
- Collaborate with educators, behavioral specialists, and families to develop and implement communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
