Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Adams, MA

Location: Adams, Massachusetts

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Caseload: Pre-K - 4th Grade

Pay: Hourly Pay range from $48-$58 (Negotiable depending on years of experience) 

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Adams, Massachusetts, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to support Pre-K through 4th grade students by helping them build the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for Pre-K through 4th grade students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license.

• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification (or ability to obtain if required).

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
