In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving individualized goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting a range of speech and language objectives
  • Maintain organized, detailed documentation of each student’s progress and treatment
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including educators, support staff, and other clinicians—to coordinate high-quality services
  • Educate and engage families, empowering them to participate in their child’s growth

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to attain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and when collaborating with a diverse team
  • Active license from the respective State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
