Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience working in a school-based environment preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
  • Manage a diverse caseload, adapting approaches for each student’s needs
  • Conduct ARD meetings and perform comprehensive evaluations
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to SLPAs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services
