Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP license in Michigan
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Skilled in working with AAC devices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Incorporate AAC devices into sessions for qualifying students
