Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience with school-aged and early childhood populations, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
- Ability to provide teletherapy services if required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Open to both SLP and SLPA applicants with school or healthcare experience
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Evaluate and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with staff and families
- Support three preschool classrooms, as well as specialized Autism/IDD classrooms
- Collaborate daily with a team of two other SLPs to address student needs and foster best practices
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes while actively participating in IEP meetings
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
